The name Baudoin goes back to the year 1888 and is from of old a wholesale company in cleaning products situated in ’s-Hertogenbosch (Bois-le-Duc), the Netherlands. Until 1981 the company was in control of the Baudoin family, after that the company was taken over by Mr. G.A. van Liempd, who unfortunately deceased in 1991. From 1991 on Mr. E. van Liempd and Mrs. R. van Liempd  continued the family business. In 2003 the wholesale department for cleansing products was sold.

In 2003 Mr. E. van Liempd independently established the production company Baudoin Wash-Systems in Waalwijk. This is an innovative and dynamical company that develops and manufactures products for the window and façade-cleaning sector. Ever since the foundation of Baudoin Wash-Systems b.v. the growth of the company has increased enormously thanks to the existing knowledge of over 20 years in the cleaning sector. Momentarily we are the leading company in the field of Wash-Systems for both outdoor and indoor window and façade cleaning. In 2006 our latest department Nautical Cleaning Solutions was created, which is especially suitable for the cleaning of boats.
