Osmosis water is water, disposed of all minerals and metals, which are present in tap water. Only Osmosis water of Baudoin Wash-Systems has in its purest form a very powerful cleaning capacity, making soap or other detergents redundant.We also call this water “the washing water”. Our Osmosis water units produce water in its purest form 365 days a year!
Baudoin Wash-Systems manufactures Osmosis water units in various designs and constructions, dependent on your need of water. In our assortment we have Osmosis water units, which can produce the following quantities per hour:

- 1200 litres per hour
- 1600 litres per hour
- 2200 liter per hour
 Baudoin Wash-Systems manufactures as well fixed as mobile water-units. In most cases a fixed water unit is placed on your company building. The machine produces the Osmosis water, which is pumped through to a large buffer tank.
- Rectangular with a capacity of 500, 1000, and 2000 litres
- Cylindrical with a capacity of 1000, 1500, 3000 and 5000 litres
The supply tanks, which are built-into trailers, commercial vans and tower wagons, are filled up with Osmosis water from the buffer tanks by means of an automatic pump and tank pistol attached to a hose.
You can choose a mobile water unit, when on a daily basis, you use more water then you can carry in your trailer, commercial van or tower wagon or when a fixed installation is not possible. In our fixed water units the Osmosis water is directed through 7 different filters. First of all the tap water is pre-treated in a water softener which is filled with salt. In this stadium the lime is filtered out of the water. Through the softener the water is pumped through the pre filter. The first rough filtering of the softened water takes place in here. Thereupon the water is pumped through to the membrane filtration spectrum. In this membrane the micro filtration, ultra filtration, nano filtration and inverted Osmosis takes place. In this stadium the water has been disposed of all minerals, bacteria and metals. To receive the water in its purest form we recommend you to let the water be pumped through an after polishing filter (DI tank). The DI tank has a neutralising effect on the water, which leaves a better shine on the cleaned surfaces.
 The Osmosis water unit automatically removes all minerals, bacteria and metals that are filtered from the Osmosis water, directly through the effluent water, which is connected onto the sewer. You have to replace the filters in your machine only about every 8 years, provided that Baudoin Wash-Systems carries out preventive maintenance on a yearly basis. Maintenance costs will be very low with respect to other water filtering machines.
The mobile water unit uses a compressed Scale-stick as a water softener opposed to the fixed water unit, which uses a water softener.
By connecting the mobile water unit to piped water (onto the water works), the machine directly produces Osmosis water. The hose needs to be connected onto the sewer. The highly advanced water units are equipped with a computerized display, accurately showing the purity of the water. When no water supply is available the machine automatically stops as a result of pressure security. Besides that it is also possible for the fixed installations to install a leakage detector with alarm call for the Building Control System. This leakage detector disconnects the machine instantly and places an alarm call at the BCS System.
