The Carbo Clean Pole Wash-Systems can be built-into various types of single axle and double axle trailers. The soundly constructed basis of all the trailers is similar, they differ in upper structure and cargo capacity.

The model Playwood has an upper structure of 15 mm, or 18 mm of which the inside and outside are of smooth material. The model Playwood is available in the colours white and silver.

The model Sandwich has an upper structure of 45 mm of which the basis is of isolating foam. The inside and outside consist of metal, one side silver coloured and the other white coloured. You can decide which of these colours you want on the outside.

Finally we have the double axle trailer entirely made of polyester. This trailer is an absolute top model. This striking trailer has an aero dynamical form, and is available in 2000 kg and 2500 kg. This polyester trailer is available in various colours (from factory).

The single axle trailers are available in 750 kg, 1300 kg, and 1500 kg.
The double axle trailers are available in 1600 kg, 2000 kg, and 2500 kg.

The storage capacity for Osmosis water in the trailers can vary from 440 litres up to 1540 litres. The special water tanks are constructed in such a manner that the water is very well stabilized. These water tanks are connected to each other and are placed in a very solid stainless steel construction frame. This frame is connected to the trailers coachwork with heavy stainless steel construction bolts and plates. This results in a very safe construction and even in a collision (crash) or accident the tank remains stable. The tank is placed in such a manner that the weight of the trailer is in absolute balance. Comfort and safety are at a very high level at Baudoin Wash-Systems.

The Carbo Clean Pole Wash Unit can be equipped for 1 or 2 persons. It is recommended to set up one pump and one hose-reel for each person. The special Heavy Duty water pump unit is delivered with a variable water amount controller (regulator). With this you can easily control the amount of Osmosis water for each person from 80 up to 200 litres per hour. The water pump has a standard pressure of 10 bar and operates on 12 volt. Various water pumps are available, for instance we manufacture special pumps, which can be used at a height of 200 metres.

The hose-reel is in various designs and constructions available. Standard a light-weight silver/aluminium coloured hose-reel is assembled. Beside that one we also provide a stainless steel hose-reel and an electrically driven hose-reel fitted for more control convenience. This ergonomic 12-volt electrically driven hose-reel has an automatic coiling up system. Standard the hose-reels are provided with a 120 metres special blue, flexible Carbo Clean reel-hose available in a length up to max. 200 metres.

The Carbo Clean Pole Wash-Systems are often equipped with pre-heater, this allows you to continue working even during the winter period. This way the frost remains outside your trailer and the pump and water-unit cannot be frozen. However, for the real professional we can offer you a boiler system, which continuously delivers hot water up to 60 ° C. Which not only results in working 30 % faster, but also the possibility to clean at extra dirty circumstances without the use of chemicals. Thinking of bird and spider droppings (excrements), sheet-pile walls, greasy and sticky (tacky) pollution and very salty surfaces etc.

Motorised wheel propulsion with remote control is optically available on your trailer. This wheel drive capacitates you to put the trailer in place without any physical effort.

By placing a generator in your trailer it is possible to have 230 Volt at your disposal. As a result you are never dependent for electrical power on location when you are using the mobile water unit or when the batteries have to be charged.
