The Carbo Clean Pole Wash-Systems are built-into both light and heavy weight commercial vans. Dependent on the design and construction and loading (cargo) capacity of the commercial van, it is possible to built-in Wash-Systems from 440 litres up to 1540 litres of Osmosis water.
The control unit for the wash unit and the hose-reels can be built-in various ways, so that they are controllable through the side-door or back door.

The storage capacity for Osmosis water in the trailers can vary from 440 litres up to 1540 litres. The special water tanks are constructed in such a way that the water is very well stabilized. These water tanks are connected to each other and are placed in a very solid stainless steel construction frame. This frame is connected to the trailers coachwork with heavy stainless steel construction bolts and plates. This results in a very safe construction and even in a collision (crash) or accident the tank remains stable. The tank is placed in such a manner that the weight of the trailer is in absolute balance. Comfort and safety are at a very high level at Baudoin Wash-Systems.

The Carbo Clean Pole Wash Unit can be equipped for 1 or 2 persons. It is recommended to set up one pump and one hose-reel for each person. The special Heavy Duty water pump unit is delivered with a variable water amount controller (regulator). With this you can easily control the amount of Osmosis water for each person from 80 up to 200 litres per hour. The water pump has a standard pressure of 10 bar and operates on 12 volt. Various water pumps are available, for instance we manufacture special pumps, which can be used at a height of 200 metres.

The hose-reel is in various designs and constructions available. Standard a lightweight silver/aluminium coloured hose-reel is assembled. Beside that one we also provide a stainless steel hose-reel and an electrically driven hose-reel fitted for more control convenience. This ergonomic 12-volt electrically driven hose-reel has an automatic coiling up system. Standard the hose-reels are provided with a 120 metres special blue, flexible Carbo Clean reel-hose available in a length up to max. 200 metres.

The Carbo Clean Pole Wash-Systems are often equipped with a pre-heater, this will allow you to continue working even during the winter period. This way the frost remains outside your trailer and the pump and water-unit cannot be frozen. However, for the real professional we can offer you a boiler system, which continuously delivers hot water up to 60 ° C. Which not only results in working 30 % faster, but also the possibility to clean at extra dirty circumstances without the use of chemicals. Thinking of bird and spider droppings (excrements), sheet-pile walls, greasy and sticky (tacky) pollution and very salty surfaces etc.

By placing a generator in your trailer it is possible to have 230 Volt at your disposal. As a result you are never dependent for electrical power on location when you are using the mobile water unit or when the batteries have to be charged.
