The Carbo Clean Pole Wash-Systems are more often built-in at tower wagons. The tower wagons are used at the cleaning of high buildings. Normally these high buildings are cleaned in the traditional manner form the cradle of the tower wagon. This means, cleaning with the (inwashoes) and wiper and every few hours a bucket with “clean” water. Especially the framework and other horizontal parts are barely washed, as there is hardly enough rinsing water to thoroughly clean everything.
Baudoin Wash-Systems has come with a revolutionary solution for the traditional window cleaning. By placing the Carbo Clean Pole Wash-Systems as a fixed system on a tower wagon, you can wash 40% - 60% faster in a safe and ergonomic manner. As a result of the continuous supply of pure Osmosis water through the hose-reel, you are rinsing continuously. In this manner the glass, window-frames and horizontal parts are cleaned easily. Besides after cleaning with Osmosis water the dirt doesn’t affix to the façade as much.
Our Carbo Clean Pole Wash-Systems can be placed on the tower wagon in different manners. This is completely dependent on the available space on the tower wagon. Dependent of the carrying capacity of the tower wagon, the allowed quantity of Osmosis water can be estimated. As a rule the Carbo Clean Pole Wash-Systems are tailor-made, which results in us building the most complete system for you. The wash-unit roughly consists of the buffer tank, pump installation and the Carbo Clean Pole washing brush.
The Osmosis water used in the tower wagon can be obtained in two different manners. Firstly a mobile Osmosis water unit can be placed on the tower wagon. This has to be connected to the waterworks and immediately produces Osmosis water that will be stored in the buffer tank at the tower wagon. Beside that it is possible to place a fixed Osmosis water unit in your company. This fixed installation produces the Osmosis water and stores it in the buffer tank at the building. Thereupon you can fill up the Carbo Clean Pole Wash-System placed on the tower wagon with water from the buffer tank.
The Carbo Clean Pole Wash-Systems placed on tower wagons operate as follows. The Osmosis water, which is in the stabilized buffer tank, is being pumped up by the 12 or 24 Volt pump installation to the mast/pole of the telescopically tower wagon through a hose. The most ideal situation is that there is a low or high-pressure hose situated in the mast. In this case you only have to connect the hose to it, which results in immediately cleaning from the cradle with the short Carbo Clean Pole washing brush. When there is no hose available through the mast of the tower wagon, a self up coiling hose reel has to be placed at the bottom of the telescopically mast. Hose conductors need to be placed at the mast, so that the hose can be lead up easily. When the cradle goes up the hose reel automatically coils down and when the cradle goes down it automatically coils up.
Shortly: This revolutionary system certainly has a great future for tower-wagon owners, who pursue a high quality standard and a quick and effective way of cleaning.
