Only Nautic Cleaning Water of Baudoin Wash-Systems b.v,. has an extreme cleaning power, therefore soap and other cleaning products are not needed. Our special Nautic Cleaning Water units make the same pure quality 365 days a year!
And drying after washing to achieve a smearless result is a thing of the past when you use Nautic Cleaning Water. The explanation is simple: without soap, lime, etc in the water nothing stays behind during the drying up.

To guarantee the quality of Nautic Cleaning Water, a controller level system is used and the filter unit is replaced every 8 years. From the filter unit the water is pumped through the brush with a pressure of 10 bar, a pressure which is three times as high as the pressure of the water from your kitchen tap. The special developed brushes deliver sufficient Pure Water to perfectly clean glass, the hull, the metal fittings and the teak decks.
The very advanced water units are equipped with a computer operated display which accurately shows the information of the purity of the water. The units are also provided with a "pressure safety device" which makes sure that the unit cuts off when there is no supply of water.

Baudoin Wash-Systems delivers the Nautic Cleaning water units in different constructions, depending on the amount of water that you need. Our range of Nautic Cleaning Water units can make the following amounts of water per hour:

For optimum use of the system it is practical to build-in the Nautic Cleaning Water unit into your boat, so you can directly filter and use the water in combination with the specially developed telewashboat brushes.

Depending on the space available on the boat and the number of people that will work with it, a made to measure system can be integrated in the boat. One to a maximum five persons can work per unit. The special Yachting Kit can be built-in on board the boat.

Separate blue reel-hoses, stainless stell hose-reels and automatic electrical hose-reels can be delivered, depending on the wishes and demands of the client and possibly the situation and space aboard the boat.

Baudoin Wash-Systems delivers built-in Nautic Cleaning Waterunit systems in buildings near marinas. The installation makes nautic cleaning water which is pumped into a big barrel.

There are different rectangular and cylindrical barrels available;

• Rectangular with a content of 500, 1000 and 2000 litres
• Cylindrical with a content of 1000, 1500, 3000 and 5000 litres

From the store tank, an automatic pump pumps the Nautic Cleaning Water through fixed pipes or through a hose-system to a fixed tap-point on the piers. One can couple a hose with the special washing brush to the tap-point to quickly and easily clean the boats.

In our fixed water units the Nautic Cleaning Water is directed through no less than 7 different filters. First the tapwater is pre-treated in a water softener that is provided with salt. Then the lime is filtered out of the water. Through the softener the water is pumped through the pre filter. The first rough filtering of the softened water takes place in here. Thereupon the water is pumped through to the membrane filtration spectrum. In this membrane the micro filtration, ultra filtration, nano filtration and inverted Osmosis takes place. In this phase the water has been disposed of all minerals, bacteria and metals. To receive the water in its purest form we recommend you to let the water be pumped through an after polishing filter (DI tank). The DI tank has a neutralising effect on the water, which leaves a better shine on the cleaned surfaces.

You can choose for a mobile Nautic Cleaning water unit if you want to clean a large number of boats at one or more locations. The mobile Nautic Cleaning water unit produces sufficient water for 1 person to clean a boat. The water unit is connected to the waterworks with a hose. You need 230V electrical power to run the water unit.The mobile Nautic Cleaning water unit differs from the fixed water unit because there is no water softening by a water softener, but by a compressed Scale-stick By connecting the mobile water unit to a fixed outlet the machine directly produces Osmosis water. The hose needs to be connected to the sewer.

This way the unit can be used easily and quickly on the pier to clean the boat. The flexible reel-hose with a length of 25 to a maximum of 120 metres is, if required, easy to unreel and stow with its stainless steel hose reel. The unit is delivered with a stainless steel cover and has a solid handle to easily move the unit. The unit can be delivered with two fixed and two turning wheels. The type and the size of the wheels are adaptable depending on the wishes of the client and the use.
